Wellness advocate Terry Michael brings her expertise in holistic health to all her pursuits. As a certified Pilates instructor since 2002, Terry guides her clients to greater strength, flexibility and balance through mindful movement. Her focus on precision fosters heightened body awareness and empowerment.
In 2020, Terry expanded her wellness mission by becoming Director of Reservations for Balance for Life Retreat. She curates personalized retreat experiences that offer participants an escape to recharge, reconnect and discover their best selves.
Dedicated to empowering women in communications, Terry serves as the 2023 President for the Association for Women in Communications South Florida (AWCSF) after holding roles as Vice President and dedicated member since 2019. Through AWCSF, Terry promotes professional development, networking and advancement for women across the field.
